It is 2 acre wooded and rolling and it is a corner lot across the road from a 10 acre lake. It is a double wide community, you don't have to build a house or bring in a double wide, a hangar would do and maybe with a buddy or two. The runway is grass and crowned for drainage. There is no delay after a rain. It is 3400' long, no lights as yet.There is a maintance fee of $200. per year.This could be your last chance of ever getting your own hangar in this area.
